FOD scenario

I'm writing a series which will eventually include a Fuck Or Die situation. Maybe this is a dumb question, but I am not sure if I need to warn for rape/noncon. The POV character (the top) considers it rape and is wracked with guilt about it, while the bottom takes it much less seriously and even enjoys it (he loves the top and has been wanting this for a long time). I'll certainly tag it FOD, but do I need to warn for noncon, too? The fic is meant to be angsty and grim, not fluffy and romantic, so I'm a bit torn about this.
