I built "Minute It": A Local-First video diary that's much more faster than traditional cloud apps.

Hi Reddit!

I built a daily video diary that was both fast and private. Minute It processes everything on-device using native media engines. No cloud, no accounts—your facial data never leaves your phone.

To prove it's entirely offline, I’ve attached a demo video in the comments. It’s a recap of my trip to Iceland. You can see me selecting clips and exporting the final video in just 1:45, all while Airplane Mode is turned on.

Currently available on iOS, with Android in the works!

I'd love to hear your feedback on the UX and performance!
