AITAH for threatening my mom?

So, to give you some context, mom divorced dad back in 2022, beacuse she found another man, when i was 11 almost turning 12. Sister was 8. So, i had to choose between mom and dad and sister didnt have the right to choose as she was younger than 10. I chose mom beacuse she manipulated me into thinking dad is the A-hole. Dad was a wreck. Mom banned both of us from seeing dad, but law forced a visit per week. After 3 months of this bullcrap, mom moved us to grandma’s house, 60 miles away from dad. I hated the school, i hated my classmates i hated my grandpa as he is an alcoholic and after I turned 12 i decided to move back to dad. Of course i got beaten up suggesting this but i didnt care. Packed a bag with all my stuff and sneaked out when they were all at church. To legalise the change from mom to dad i had to sign something, not too important but i did it, i moved back in my birth place and it was perfect. Dad became happier and after one week, mom sued dad for me cuz why would she want her son to be happy. Of course we won beacuse in our country they care about what the kid wants, not the parents, as i was over 12. With my mom and sister i’ve kept little to no contact and now they have moved 200 miles away from me. As i kept very little contact, when i had it, it was like talking to a wall. Like gurl you cant understand u are a bad mom if your kid moved away from your place. She often calls me immature and that i will regret my choices, but she, as the mature, doesnt think too much, i think. She always tried to call or text me, but i dont answer beacuse i dont feel obligated. As i aged, i started forgetting that mom or sis existed, but last week i got a mail. It was from sister. She said and i quote “We are coming for you”. Right after that i burnt the letter. I have just recieved a long very long text from mom with her saying that dad doesnt deserve me and that i will do as she says and she will take me away. I just reacted with a laughing emoji to her text and said “If u ever dare to come close, i will use self defense”. What should i do? Should i be concerned? Or should i report both of them to the police?
