I need help to build a strong starter deck

I am kind of new to the game and i got a few good cards, but not entirely sure on how to use them. I got a lot of cards from the lightning type and darkness type. Can someone suggest strong decks for me please, and where to get most cards from, like wich card pack.

Thanks!
