Any suggestion to mitigate cylinder Gas usage

I use cylinder gas for cooking. I was planning to buy a 3 ply pressure cooker to improve efficiency and reduce time. What else can I do? Rice cooker? Infrared or Induction cooker? Or something else? If I buy an induction cooker i gotta buy some compatible cookware set as well. I heard an infrared cooker increases the current bill by a huge margin. No idea about the rice cooker tho. They include a teflon pot which i normally avoid, that's it. I want some advice from experienced people.
