Bond repair shampoo/masks for type 3b/3c curls!

I have type 3b/3c curls and they are very frizzy, like my hair poof within 20 min of styling ! I recently had my sister's marriage and that meant a lot of heat styling ! now I want to avoid heat styling but that means my hair looks horrible all the time !! please suggest some good methods for me to have decent looking hair !!
