Favorite Ketoaide Recipe?

I realize there are old posts/many recipes on ketoaide but the newest thread I saw on this was 2 years old and I am wondering what the most updated electrolyte recommendations/best recipes (taste-wise) might be for y’all?

I’ve never had keto flu before (and never actually drank electrolytes) but I’ve just started working outdoors in Florida with my husband recently. As you can imagine, we need to drink electrolytes now more than ever.

We started with propel zero sugar electrolyte packets as they were cheap and taste good but they are severely lacking in electrolytes compared to the highly recommended brands like LMNT… but, they’re too expensive for my blood.
