Breast implant exchange pain

Just had my breasts redone yesterday and holy hell I don’t remember ever having this kind of pain the first time around. I went from sub-muscular to sub-glandular and did a small size increase. I expected some pain in the incision area as they would be cutting through scar tissue but the tightness and pain I’m experiencing right now is enough to keep me bedridden. This is obviously not what I was expecting considering my first procedure had me back

To normal in only a couple days. My doctor only wants me to use the narcotic pain med as a “just in case” med but even it isn’t touching the pain I’m in. Anyway just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this, if it gets better or if I need to call my after hours nurse for help.
