Have you ever had to induce vomiting due to accidentally overeating on Wegovy?

heya! I'm like 8 months in and on Wegovy 2.4 starting this week on Wednesday. towards the end of my time on 1.7, I was admittedly having a couple of days a week where I would go all day without eating, forget about Wegovy, and have a meal that was... more pre-wegovy sized. smaller by comparison , but just plain too much food. After this, I'll have a feeling of relentless "chest fullness" - not what I would consider nausea, more like a stuffed feeling. it's enough to cause a massive panic attack if I'm sleep deprived enough because my mind just jumps to "heart problem". I have to induce vomiting bulimia style to relieve some pressure... Works every time. last weekend, I chugged just 2 beers on an empty stomach and had to do it (My record is a 30 pack in 30 minutes... wild Blizzcon that was!)

I need to start remembering that I'm a "cut the sandwich in half instead of going for the second sandwich" kind of guy now... I was so good with it, but I'm 90 pounds down and my eyes are starting to miscalculate how much food I can handle...

Anybody else have this issue?
