Is it a sign of low intelligence to believe something on TikTok solely because it has a decent amount of likes and with most of the comments agreeing even if it’s clearly false? My doubts won’t end even when I know the video isn’t truth with multiple sources proving it wrong?
Hi everyone, so I have this horrible habit of assuming that any video with let’s say 100k views is factual if most of the comments agree with said video, even if I know it isn’t true and can pull multiple sources that can prove it wrong… despite this I always have this strange feeling that a high number of likes + comments primarily agreeing with the creator overrides any logic or proof that disagrees with the video. It genuinely makes me feel foolish. What should I do knowing this false video exists despite the fact that it’s built on lies?
