Why child education in India still feels broken even after so many NGOs?

I was recently looking into how NGOs in India actually work on child education, and honestly, it’s more complex than it looks.

We always hear about the “best NGO in India” or “top NGO in India,” but the reality is that many children still struggle with access to quality education.

Some NGOs focus only on funding, some on awareness, but a few actually build structured programs. That’s where organizations like Spherule Foundation caught my attention. Instead of just campaigns, they seem to focus on consistent education support and community-level impact.

Still, I wonder, is the issue funding, execution, or scalability?

Would love to hear what others think.
