Does anyone here have experience working as a barista at Blue Tokai/Third Wave Coffee??

I'm a first year college student looking for a part time job, and was interested in trying to be a barista. My friend told me to try for Blue Tokai and Third Wave Coffee specifically, but first I wanted to see if I can find any people who have prior experience with either of these places so I could know more about the nature of the work and what I should expect. Here's all that I want to know:

– What should I expect from the work?

– What would be tested in the interview??

– What would the salary be like?

– Working hours?

– Work environment?
