Club Sport Brake Kit (GTI)

I know I'm in the R forum - but that's for a reason. Looking to upgrade my brakes on my Mk8 GTI to Club Sport (which appear to be the same size kit as the R brakes.)

My concern is... I run 19" Adelaide wheels during warmer months, but swap to 18" Pretoria wheels during winter for my snow tires.

Does anyone have experience running 18" on an R - and will the rotors/rims clear?

Any help appreciated. Thanks from a humble GTI manual-shifting boy.
