What would a Half Elf - Half Dragon child look like?

So, It's come to that time in every DnD players life where we have to get ready for a new DnD campaign. With that said, I've been thinking of a character concept, but I want input on what it would look like exactly. So, Here's my concept.

A Dragon (Female) got it on with an Elf (Male) and produced an offspring. What would that child most likely look like? I could either use Half Elf or Dragonborn for the character sheet, and I'm leaning more towards Dragonborn.

The Dragon Mother is a White Dragon BTW, and the father is a Sea Elf, I'm choosing this combination to produce an Aquatic Dragonborn whose breath weapon is water (Uses Cold Damage for mechanics) because I've never seen an aquatic dragonborn done and it just seems like a really cool idea.
