[product request] day moisturizer that isn’t oil based

My skin LOVES oils but I have eyelash extensions and oil based products ruin them. Glycerin is also not great.

I’m looking for the most hydrating non oil moisturizer that I can layer under my mineral sunscreen (blue lizard spf 50). Right now I’m using Cerave ultralight gel and it’s just not cutting it for me. I love the glowy look and feeI. I miss my oils 😭
