Cycle to work

Afternoon,

Just wondering if we are eligible for the Cycle to work scheme. I can't find anything online, bar that MOD civilians are eligible; which isn't helpful to me.

I did find one website from a few years ago that said we can't because of salary sacrifice, so wondered if there had been any advancements on that?

TIA
