Apartments in Durham

I have lived in a complex off 15-501 for almost 5 years and I’ve loved it until this last year. Greystar recently took over and my quality of life has significantly declined (iykyk)

With that being said, I am looking to move when my current lease ends (August of 2026). My all in budget is $1,600 (including hidden fees) and ideally, I’d like to have the following features/amenities:

1. Pet friendly

2. Pool

3. Nature

4. In unit washer and dryer

5. Patio/sunroom

6. Updated countertops and appliances

7. Minimum of 750 square feet

Additionally, I’d like to stay between exits 270 and 278.

I’m currently looking at Lodge at Southpoint, Berkeley at Southpoint, and J501 Estates. Any other suggestions (or reviews of the ones mentioned) would be very much appreciated!
