Mature students 30-40s opinion/suggestions on part time in person college courses?

Question

For those in 30s or 40s, I am looking at studying part time in person, not online, and wondered if anyone could recommend a course/ courses you found enjoyable as a mature student?

I am interested in lots of things; music, sports, science, languages, art etc and open to trying other subject/s whether practical or classroom.

TIA 💚
