[Xbox One] Looking for anyone selling a Stanier LE with the livery merged off

I would like to buy a Stanier LE with its livery removed because the unmarked cruiser is slow and doesn't have customisation. Preferably with a stock SA Exempt licence plate. Rims and colour don't matter, I'll change them anyways. Equip some of the options (ex: Tech Array 7.0) to prove it's a Stanier LE, I don't want trolls.
