Average looking people should be rated as a 5 not a 7.

Why do people use 7/10 as an average when 5 makes way more sense. It’s right in the middle, the person isn’t ugly nor particularly attractive. 7 is too high up for it to be used as average looking. 7 fits someone who is more attractive than most, but not drop dead gorgeous or Hollywood looks.
