Still banned from the first day of the relaunch

Has anyone got lucky enough to get unbanned? Ive been trying to sign in everyday but its always the same result. I figured it would take at least 2-3 days to fix the issue, especially considering that the critical login error was a major priority to fix. My ticket also hasn't gotten a response either. Starting to feel hopeless...
