Feeling so lost and lonely

I have been in my hometown away from colllege for 20 days straight and I talked to no one really

Not even my college or my hometown people .

My college batchmates are all snake they just call me when they needed something from me and money actually.

I talked to no one in this span of 20 days whether online or irl .

Just some casual talk with my family regarding food and nothing more .

I used to talk to a girl of my college but she kind of cheated me or I can say she considered me as an option so I also stopped talking to her too.

Now I have to get Back to my college city but I am feeling so exhausted to face those people .

I am tired mentally and physically at this point.

I too blame it on myself as I don’t know how to keep conversations .this thing has ruined all my social life.

Just feeling lost and hopeless of what I did to myself and why everyone is snake here
