Need 2bhk male

Hi, I’m looking for a 2 BHK flat in central Noida for two working males. Budget is up to ₹25,000. We’re open to semi-furnished or unfurnished options (not looking for fully furnished). Preferred location is central Noida only — not interested in Greater Noida or Noida Extension. Also looking for direct owner listings (no brokerage). Please let me know if anything suitable is available. Thank you!
