Anyone found a good all-in-one tool for managing clients (CRM + invoices + booking)?

I own a fencing company and have been using different tools for lead tracking, invoicing etc , but we're growing and managing everything is starting to feel like a mess. I’ve looked into stuff like HubSpot and Zoho, but they either feel too heavy or kind of overkill for what I need.Ideally I’m looking for something simple where I can manage clients, send invoices, and automate follow-ups (this a must)

What are you guys using? Anything you’d actually recommend from experience? TIA
