Hi guys. I'm a high-level player (Relapse 17), and I know my way around pretty much all the Rigs. I know how to effectively use every single one, except Blind. I've never understood it, but I know there are people who will swear by it as the best one. I struggle to find uses for it outside of very niche scenarios, like the finale kills in certain trials, or to protect yourself while doing an objective, but I feel like Stun does that too, even though IIRC it's for slightly less time and you obviously have to actually throw it. I don't understand why I would lay a mine on the ground, continue with the Trial a bit, come across an enemy, and then lead them all the way back to the mine when I could just throw a Stun Rig at them as soon as I encounter them and go about my day.

I feel like I get very little use out of it whenever I run it. I'll manage to use it effectively maybe once or twice per Trial, compared to 10+ uses out of something like Jammer or Barricade. Am I missing a certain trick, using it completely wrong, or is it really just more bang, less buck?

I understand it was widely considered the best Rig in the game (yes, better than Stun) around Early Access, but was then nerfed into the ground. Has it just not been worth using since then?

FYI, I primarily play solo and will play on anywhere between Standard to Psychosurgery depending on how I feel.

Thanks in advance!

Help me master the Blind Rig.
