Serious question

To you meat/produce people how many of yall get help with meat? And do yall go directly down to meat at 4am?

Apparently when I’m asking for help it’s the end of the world but when any other of my associates ask they get it. I’m unsure if to report this or not. All I asked was to help fill briskets and was told TL said “h3ll no, dont help”
