Creating bulletin boards for others??

I’m curious… I’m an elementary education teacher and I know so many teachers who have commented that they really dislike creating and making bulletin boards but I love this creative aspect of the job!! Is there any sort of demand for creating bulletin boards for teachers? I know you can go on TPT and purchase stuff but someone still has to print everything out, cut, and assemble the board. That’s where I would come in! I know teachers don’t have excess money so maybe there wouldn’t be a market for this? Thoughts?
