ISO underwear recs

I’m a thick thighed, active 30-something lady and when the warmer months come around my down there area tends to get pretty swampy. I wear mainly pants and shorts so there isn’t much air flow reaching there during the day. I’ve tried synthetic fiber underwear and while it’s moisture wicking, it tends to get smelly by the end of the day. I’ve also tried all cotton underwear and while more airy, it will get soaked in sweat and feel damp. I’m sick of having to change my underwear during the day.

Can anyone recommend comfortable, moisture wicking underwear that won’t break the bank and is preferably high-waisted?
