My third AP happened this morning.

This is a wild one. I'm going to make it short as possible:

I was not able to sleep well at all, my girlfriend tossed about and therefore I toss about. I got into the In-between state easily (body asleep, mind awake). I could feel my body falling, up and to the sides. It was a bit disorientating if I'm being honest.

I was pissed off I'm not able to sleep so I decided to aggressively rock sideways like a hammock on a windy day and opened my eyes THROUGH the eye mask, slumped out onto the floor and stood up. I saw myself. My girlfriend. I go around to the other side of the bed and brush my girlfriend's arm. Like a fly in her face, she swatted it away while in deep sleep. I did it twice more with the same feedback from her.

I move into the office and look outside. There were beautiful pine trees with the sun shining through. Nature mostly everywhere with big wooden houses. It was late afternoon. There's few people walking about. It's almost like they're aware but also not aware.

I walked into the kitchen, and like a game at the end of the map it felt like this was the max distance. I took one step further and all of sudden my freewill, determination is gone, my eyes rolled up and my body melted as my soul lifts itself up dissipated into nothing.

I respawned in my bedroom, and now the room is completely different, everything is white. super bright. I saw my dog and it was a JOY to see him!! I gave him so much fussies and he curled up into me waggling!!

i head downstairs and look out. I see my old home where I used to live: cul-de-sac and you see families having dinner, watching television and getting ready for the night. I then head out into the corridor annnnnnd I fade out into swirly patterns, then woke up.

I can't remember exactly what part of that experience but I went into a dream. I was with my girlfriend in that dream and the staff was being rude to her. Tried to reassure her but she was quite dismissive of me.

When I woke up and told her about the dream I had she was in, she was astonished because she dreamt the same thing. Right down to the detail, it was same colour, the shape, everything. How the FUCK is this possible?

I'll be honest with you, I thought AP and this subreddit was in on the joke and LARPed. I've struggled for years and then I experience this? what the fuck dude
