A playlist that I spent an insanely long time can't go public now.

Question

Hello. I created a playlist a long time ago. That playlist is really important to me. Like really important. A playlist that contains every song I've ever listened to, and I ranked them all in order from best to worst. Not only that, I regularly change their spots depending on my opinion. Not only that, I listened to every single song from start to finish before adding it to the playlist, in case I hadn’t fully listened to that specific track. It has around 5000 songs so far.

Last June, something devastating happened. The playlist was no longer public. I tried switching back from public-private, add to profile-remove from profile... all that shit. It never went public again.

Then I read my email and found this (the screenshot I posted), even though I did nothing to deserve this shit. WTF is this unauthorized use? I contacted the spotify support and they won't explain what I did. It's been almost 10 months and I still don't know what I've violated. I thought maybe they'll stop this punishment some time later, but nope it's still there.

But I spent too much time on that playlist to just let go. So I continued the ranking despite knowing that people will never get to see the work I did. And I added at least a thousand songs since the punishment.

Some good news is that I could duplicate the playlist to show it to someone. But no one can see the original playlist now. I'm still spending a lot of time on that original playlist that won't go public again. I guess I could've continued on a duplicated playlist but I still believed that they'd give me the original playlist's ability to go public. So can I get what I want? Need advice.
