Enrolment terminated - any way to access email/OneDrive after account locked?

Hi everyone, I have a bit of a unique issue 🥲

I had my enrolment terminated because I just was not able to show up for myself throughout my time at uni due to complex mental health issues and a volatile situation at home. I didn’t think I’d even make it out of that situation alive so I didn’t think to save all my stuff off of my emails and OneDrive, however I’ve been able to improve my situation a bit and am actually thinking of trying to return to study. When I got my enrolment terminated I was sent an email outlining what I needed to do to be able to return to study but I no longer have access to it. I also just have important stuff I would’ve liked to get before having my account locked.

It’s been just over a year since getting my enrolment terminated and I was wondering if there was anyway at all to get access to my account again literally just to download a few important things? Would going to IT and inquiring about this be the right move?

I know this is a relatively unique problem but I’m just really anxious and wanted to ask reddit while I wait for stop 1 to resume services.
