Small Balcony Sauna Question ?

I have a very small back balcony. First, I want to close this area with glass. Then, can I put a mini sauna there for one person?
In my country, saunas are not common in homes. They are even very rare. Do you think it makes sense?
I have a space of 100 x 85 cm.
