Volufiline- moisturizer before or after?

I’ve been using Volufiline for a couple of weeks now. I’ve seen contradicting responses as to whether you should put your moisturizer on before using it or after. I’ve tried both ways but just curious what everybody else does.

Also, how are you all applying it without it getting everywhere. I’ve seen people actually hold the bottle upside down and dab their face which I would think isn’t a good idea for sanitary reasons. I’ve tried to hold it upside down and let it drip on my finger but it gets all over. I’ve tried using a cotton ball but it just absorbs inside the cotton ball so I’m curious how everybody else is applying it thanks.
