Linux Mint Cinnamon Video Playback Issue

Hello! I am trying to figure out a solution to a video playback issue I am having.

When watching any sort of video, whether that be Youtube, Twitch, Crunchyroll, I will have an issue where the audio is slightly out of sync and/or it will skip frames every few seconds.

Doing a full refresh usually fixes the problem, but its something I would like to fix rather than have to constantly do.

Please let me know if you need me to post any system info.

Thanks!
