Team meeting
I’m really just venting about something said in our team meeting. It’s been bothering me and I just need to get it out.
So we’re in a team meeting and we’re getting reamed by our supv and their supv about our poor QA scores. They are going on and on about how they don’t understand how the same (petty) mistakes are made over and over and how our performance reflects poorly on them.
Then someone comments “I’m starting to believe that some people are just trying to purposely sabotage our supervisor”, followed by a lot of head nodding and agreement from the supv’s. I’m like, did I hear that right? Did they really just say that out loud? Because if they said it out loud, you know it’s something they’ve thought about and probably even discussed.
Maybe I’m naive, but I just dont see anyone doing that and would never have even crossed my mind. Idk it did not sit well with me and now I’m wondering do they think that about me? How would you all feel if you heard this?
