spotting on bc?

Hi guys, I’ve been on microgyn/microgynon for about 3 years now, but for the past few months I noticed regular spotting, usually just about midway thru my blister.

i take pill breaks every 21 days for 7 days, and bleeding has never happened while i was taking the pill before.

don’t really know if i should rush to a doctor or not, as i am moving countries in literally few weeks and im in tough situation financially.. but also i know i most likely wont be able to go to a doctor for quite a long time after i move..

my last period/breakthrough bleeding also started 3/4 days earlier than normally, and lasted for 8 days instead of usual 5..

to be fair i am pretty stressed lately, as i am not only moving but also graduating next month..

any opinions or advice?
