Find X9 vs Find X9 Pro?

Which would be a better upgrade from my current Reno12? Both phones are from tradingshenzhen. The Find X9 costs €617 for the 12/256 model, and the X9 Pro costs €707 for the 12/256 model. One question is, will I have problems connecting the phone to a Dutch SIM?
