Job prospects for an M.D. in Australia?

Hello!

​I'm currently finishing medical school in Serbia and I'm on track to become a doctor in about two years.

​Australia seems like a fantastic and laid-back place to live and work, but I'm finding it hard to get clear information on salaries and the medical system there. There are so many sites on Google, but I’m not sure which ones are legit or up-to-date.

​I’d be really grateful for any insights or information about working in medicine in Australia as an international graduate.
