Divorcing at 28, need inspiration

Mental Health/Depression/Loneliness

Hey guys, I m28 am getting divorced from my wife f28. She’s the initiator.

We’ve been together for 10 years, married 4. I’ve only ever been with her and vise Versa.. so far, my entire “adult” life has been with her.

I’m a bit of a mess internally right now wondering what’s next.. she was my world and I did everything for her. Now that it’s just me, I’m lost on what to do with myself.

I’m also questioning everything right now. She has been going around telling friends and family that I was emotionally abusive, narcissistic and controlling. How could she do that to me if she apparently loved me for 10 years??

What do I do with myself now? How do I handle her speaking poorly of me and messing with my reputation? I’m already losing friends over it that haven’t bothered to reach out to me. I’m not talking bad about her, what does this say about the relationship and her character?

Im trying my best to not react or let all of this bother me.. the fact that im losing my marriage is hard enough let alone being worried about her spreading misinformation. It’s so exhausting.
