What do Emiratis call ‘Karens’?

In the US, we use the term "Karen" to describe a highly entitled person who throws public tantrums, demands to speak to the manager over minor inconveniences, and acts like the rules don't apply to them. Could be a man or a woman.

I'm curious: what is the slang term or stereotype for this type of person in Emirati culture? What are their trademark behaviors?
