I got tired of having 5 DM tabs open mid-combat, so I built a free toolkit with combat tracking, NPC generation, and journaling.

I'm a DM who runs in-person games, and I got tired of having to switch between so many tabs to keep my game running. So I built www.dungeonconsole.com: a free, all-in-one DM toolkit that works offline and needs zero signup.

It's been my passion project for the past few months and it could really use your feedback! Some of the features include:

• NPC generation: Your players talked to a shopkeeper? Generate them instantly with personality traits, backstory, and appearance
• SRD spell & monster database: Stop googling "5e fireball range" mid-combat
• Ambient soundscapes - Built-in tavern, dungeon, and storm sounds

Here's what's new since my last big post:

• An in-game calendar that helps track key events, moon phases, and season changes. Your druid will love you <3
• Auto-combat logging! Every attack, spell, condition, and death can be logged - no more forgetting someone's poisoned
• Character journaling: write notes with {NPC Name} links that auto-populate a searchable wiki of your campaign
