Mini Map Unique Items

Unfortunately I don’t have a screenshot of this (if anyone does, please add one), but I just realized that some unique items are marked distinctly on the minimap.

What you should be looking out for when wandering around is a white dot with a small halo around it. I found a unique shield at the circus when I finally investigated why that icon was different than all the others. So be on the lookout for any white dot with a small halo, because they appear to be unique items.
