New hire(s) nightmares

Warning to big corporations, be very very careful about hiring from outside, especially “experienced” people. They will completely ruin you culture and know how to work “bare bare” minimum and piss off programs. They know how to leverage big corporations cannot fire people by underperforming only. PIP will run at least 6 months and they will put 100% work recorded during the time, and repeat low performance for another 1.5 years to get on PIP, and repeat again…

Be very careful!!! Cannot tell more but I’m exhausted by inheriting the two “new hires” on my team from last manager. This is shit.
