Possible diagnosis/symptoms

I’m curious if anyone else has severe episodes of numbness and tingling all over their body? And if you got cold/heavy limbs that are difficult to move?? I have a lot of other symptoms that match up but curious about this one specific subset of symptoms to see if anyone else has them?

UIBC : 126

Iron Saturation: 68

ferritin: 44
