New duty sneakers

Hey everyone! recently I think my 3 year old Rocky Paratroopers are finally showing their age (if inanimate object could talk they would never stop screaming). I've been looking into some different sneakers and I'm between the new all black Vans ultra range sneakers and the Altama Maritime assault sneakers. I've noticed my feet hurting a lot more running in boots and a few guys have convinced me to make the switch to tactical sneakers. Does anyone have any experience with those two or maybe a suggestion that they rock for duty. Thanks!
