Karlie‘s Song?

I know that there are a lot of Gaylors in this Thread as well so hear me out. I’m like 100% convinced that Carla’s Song is about Karlie Kloss or Taylor looking at the Kaylor relationship. I know this is an odd theory but give it a shot. :)

So I have been listening to Carla’s Song by Harry Styles and it struck me at how perfect it would fit to be a song about Karlie…is Carla actually Karlie?

The name is already strikingly similar. And now we come to the lyrics…

Anyone notice anything? “When you know you know and when you don’t you don’t” is so similar to Opalite. Then the word “toe” is so obvious. And then “Saw the light in the gold that you discovered”, that is like sooooo Karlie…

My interpretation would be that he either tells Taylor that she can be out (Daylight is waiting for her). Or that another love is waiting for her.

Now we come to the most obvious part.. Call it what you wanna…and he even pronounces it the way Taylor does….I don’t know but then the next part about sleeping upon a candy bar and then waking up and everything’s not so sparkling anymore…

I would love to hear you guys thoughts on this one. I know at some points it’s a stretch but overall I think there are so many clues that could possibly point to Karlie…it’s blowing my mind right now haha….this song is so Kaylor-coded and could easily interpreted to be about Taylor reminiscing about Karlie. Or about Karlie (Carla)…
