Can I downgrade my Jio fiber plan?

I recently installed jio fiber (postpaid) and they gave me a set top box too. Now I checked the plan and it is showing 599. I want to downgrade my plan to 399 but the option is not available. How can I get the internet-only plan for my jio fiber. I don't want subscriptions for any OTT. Please help me.
