Is there any app or service that tracks Parivahan VIP number auctions?

Does anyone know if there's a service that alerts you when a specific VIP/fancy number comes up for auction on Parivahan?

And tracks the bid changes in real time?

Couldn't find anything online and it seems like something a lot of people would find useful
