Network/Wifi issues
Hi, so the story is that when I got my pc I forgot about Wi-Fi and ended up using a ethernet cable and TP links which was sufficient enough at the time. anyway, I decided to get a Wi-Fi card, I installed it into the motherboard, downloaded the drivers and ran the wizard when I realised i literally don't have an option for Wifi anywhere. So i checked my device manager and noticed that the network controller was having issues, i tried updating the drivers on that but apparently they don't exist so i did it manually through the motherboard manufacturer website. No clue if that worked.
i Also noticed that my new Wi-Fi card thing isnt on the devices list anywhere, yet in the bios it recognises that something is in the port but it says its unknown.
Ive tried looking in the bios on start up and it says anything related to network is enabled.
I did notice that my router has a broadband plug in the back which has nothing in it but i dont think that matters as every other device connects to the router fine
I will put up some photos but my pc knowledge is rubbish and i literally have no idea what to look for, ive been researching it all day adn its driving me mad, any help is appreciated
