Michelin Defender LTX MS2 Vs. Cooper Discoverer Road+Trail A/T

Hi There! I've narrowed down my choice to these two tires for my 2017 4WD Access Cab.

I'll probably be on roads/highways 95% of the time, but I'll be living in my truck and camping at remote campsites. I'll be doing some light off-roading and will want something capable in the snow. However, MPG is very important to me, as is noise.

What would you recommend for my use case? Thank you so much!
